Digital Experience Sales Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Experience Sales Leader to join our team at Adobe, driving growth and innovation in the education sector.

Job Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to take on a senior sales role in a rapidly growing tech company. As an Education Account Manager - North, you will be responsible for acquiring new education institutions and ministry accounts, leveraging strong partner relationships, sales propositions, and closing deals with contractual agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell Adobe's Digital Media offerings, including Creative Cloud, Document Cloud, Stock, Sign, and eLearning, to education institutions and ministries.
- Develop and maintain top-line understanding of the education market, trends, projects, and competition.
- Prospect, develop, and acquire new accounts, championing existing ones and expanding within them.
- Bld, maintain, and convert pipeline, grow business through meticulous business management execution.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with top-decision-makers at C-levels (Chancellors, Vice Chancellors, Principal Secretaries, Commissioners) and functional levels (Deans, Directors, Academic Heads).
- Coordinate multi-functional teams to sign multi-year enterprise agreements or strategic agreements.
- Meet core lead indicators around pipeline coverage progression, forecast, meetings, and general activity.
- Develop and utilize Partner ecosystem relationships to accelerate growth.
- Meet or exceed quota, focusing on customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of field technology sales experience in the education ministry and education institutions sector, preferably in Higher Education and Skill Development Departments/K12 academic institutional sales.
- Degree or Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing/Business/Computer Science or similar.
- High-yielding mentality and consistency in overachievement.
- Consistent track record engaging in value-based customer-centric conversations and leading a defined enterprise sales process.
- Consistent record of Adobe/subscripton based technology sales in education ministry, education institutions (private & public).
- Must have consistent track record of prospecting/cold-calling, account building, maintenance, and closing large sales opportunities.
- Must have confidence developing relationships and experience with Senior executives, Chancellor, Vice Chancellor, Education/Skill Development Secretary, Commissioners, management of education institutions & education ministry.
- Must have consistent track record of positive relationships, joint customer engagements, business success with education specialized partners in India & South Asia.
- Exhibit ability to effectively lead sophisticated sales tasks, projects, and completing priorities.
- Excellent in business assessment, forecasting, and reporting.
- Excellent verbal, presentation, and written skills are required.
- Excellence in business ethics and integrity.
- Great teaming and comfortable working with a geographically distributed team.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
