Digital Experience Sales Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise sales specialist to join our North America sales team in the Digital Advertising, Learning & Publishing business (DALP). As part of our Enterprise sales specialist team, you will be responsible for driving quarterly/annual bookings for the designated solution stack.
Our Enterprise sales roles involve directly engaging with potential end customers to position one of our solutions stacks. Some of our most successful sales executives take a consultative approach and establish themselves as trusted advisors for our prospective clients.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- You'll participate in finding leads, developing presentations and sales propositions, negotiating contracts and pricing, and managing the full sales cycle via solution selling techniques.
- You'll perform outbound contact to both new and existing customers to sell additional solutions.
- You'll build and implement a strategic and long-term account strategy.
- You'll maintain and grow an existing client base, including expansion of new offerings in collaboration with our customer success teams.
- You'll drive specific product revenue in your accounts and build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and business objectives.
- You'll acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our solution offerings.
- You'll maintain an active pipeline of forecasted opportunities to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.
- You'll convert customer challenges into new opportunities and be creative in building and implementing solution scenarios based on customers' needs and Adobe product portfolio.
- You'll work with various groups within Adobe to provide customer feedback and drive revenue opportunities in the region.
What You Need to Succeed:
- You'll have excellent communication and presentation skills with a top-notch customer service approach.
- You'll have a proven track record selling complex enterprise solutions and the ability to forge and maintain good business relationships.
- You'll have experience selling a learning platform or a content management platform.
- You'll have prior experience selling a SAAS platform end-to-end.
- You'll have proven experience using quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer relationships and make recommendations for each account.
- You'll have the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate thoughtful leadership in assessing problems/opportunities and recommending an approach to solving problems and pursuing opportunities.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
