Overview
ScaleneWorks is seeking an experienced Sales Channel Manager to lead our North Zone Real Estate sales efforts. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of channel management, including creating and maintaining a network of channel intermediaries, ensuring efficient sales operations, and driving business growth.

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15-18 years of experience in managing Real Estate sales in the North Zone. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing channel partners and ensuring they meet their targets
• Creating and maintaining a database of channel partners
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
• Analyzing sales performance and providing insights to improve sales efficiency
• Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting on sales data

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Graduate or MBA degree
• 15-18 years of experience in managing Real Estate sales in the North Zone
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
