About the Role

At our Financial Services company, we're looking for a skilled Senior Portfolio Growth Manager to lead our channel partnerships and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for acquiring customers through strategic partnerships and ensuring the long-term success of our portfolio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Managing Channel Partners: You will establish and maintain strong relationships with our channel partners, understand their needs, and develop effective strategies to meet their requirements.
  • Acquiring Customers: You will work closely with channel partners to acquire new customers, meeting or exceeding set targets, and driving revenue growth.
  • Credit Performance Monitoring: You will track the credit performance of your portfolio, identifying early warning signals, and taking proactive steps to ensure that all accounts are within acceptable credit benchmarks.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build trust and rapport with channel partners.
  • Business Acumen: A deep understanding of the financial services industry, market trends, and competitor analysis.

What We Offer:
