Tendering/Bid/Proposal Professional

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing bids for Oil and Gas, Energy sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Bid management/Tendering for Government clients/Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) including technical writeup & cost estimation, subcontracting, Joint Ventures, consortium, client liaisoning and project management
  • Identification of relevant tenders from PSUs, Government Agencies and private companies through various resources
  • Preparing pre-qualification documents, Expression of Interest, BIDS, attending pre bid meetings etc.
  • Maintaining excellent professional relations with clients as well as coordinating with central functions for bid compliance (accounts, legal, FICO, etc.)
  • Coordination with Execution team and maintaining relationship with all external parties for bidding job
  • Liasioning and day to day correspondence along with legal contractual correspondences with customers
  • Generation of relevant Management Information System reports/ tender tracking updates
  • Achievement of order booking target from Tenders
  • Maintaining documentation and correspondence of Business Development activities and updating of credentials on regular basis
  • Business Sales Forecasting
  • Ensuring new empanelment and renewal of existing one with PSU and other agencies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent + 10 years of experience in bidding/Tendering; overall 10-15 years of experience
