Tender Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Tender Specialist to manage tenders, portals, and vendor registrations. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and ensure seamless interactions with government departments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Tender Management: Oversee the GeM Portal, including creating categories, uploading products, and tendering.
  • E-Tendering: Handle E-Tendering and respond to RFPs/RFQs.
  • Portal Management: Submit documents on various portals, including GeM, CPP, MP, Defence, and State Govt.
  • Bid Preparation: Prepare and submit bids, bank guarantees, FDRs, and DDs as per tender requirements.
  • Tender Clarification: Clarify bid conditions and ensure alignment with company requirements.
  • Tender Analysis: Analyze tender documents, prepare comparative statements, and attend pre-bid meetings.
  • Vendor Liaison: Liaise with government departments for vendor registrations, approvals, and renewals.
  • Supply Chain Management: Follow up with vendors for timely deliveries and quotations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support, including preparing drawings using Coral Draw/Photoshop.
  • Filing and Coordination: Manage filing, calls, and administrative tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and communication in English and Hindi.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven experience with e-procurement and tendering.
  • Skill Set: Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills.
  • Government Liaison: Experience liaising with government bodies is a plus.
