Job Overview

As a key team member, the Deputy Manager provides essential support to the tendering process. This includes processing customer requests and ensuring accurate interpretation of specifications.

Tendering Responsibilities
  • Support the tender manager in tendering activities
  • Interpret customer specifications and ensure correct requirements are delivered
  • Escalate any ambiguities or non-compliance prior to uploading the Request For Quotation
  • Prepare handover documents as per ETO Classification
  • Attend handover meetings and participate in local SIM meetings

To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent planning, interpersonal, and communication skills. A degree in Electrical Engineering and 5-10 years of working experience in Switchgear with commercial knowledge is preferred.
