Electrical Tendering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Tendering Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in tendering for medium voltage switchgear, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Develop and manage tenders for MV AIS switchgear, working closely with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Support the tender manager in all aspects of tender preparation, including document review and coordination.
  • Efficiently process customer requests for quotations, meeting deadlines where possible or escalating issues to the tender manager.
  • Interpret customer specifications to ensure accurate requirements are delivered.
  • Clear ambiguities with the opportunity leader prior to uploading quotes in bFO.
  • Evaluate customer compliance with offer terms and conditions.
  • Ensure all tender documents adhere to standard terms and conditions.
  • Prepare handover documents as per ETO Toolbox Classification.
  • Represent the tendering team at handover meetings.
  • Foster continuous professional development through Schneider University, e-learning, or external training opportunities.
