Hiring for Inside Sales Executive to cover US regions, Middle East regions.

Designation: Inside Sales Executive
Experience: 2-5 years.
Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹18,00,000 per annum (approximate based on industry standards and location).
Work Location: Bangalore.
What You Will Do:

  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (paid and unpaid) to identify and generate minimum 80-100 high-quality leads daily/weekly in the US, Canada, Middle East, and APAC SaaS market.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact, conduct prospects' needs/requirements evaluations, and engage potential leads.
  • Qualification and Evaluation: Assess leads' readiness to purchase and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments and demonstrations, considering availability and capacity.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement strategies to engage and nurture leads not yet ready to make a purchase.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team, providing detailed lead information for successful interactions.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and measure lead generation effectiveness.
  • Industry Knowledge and Continuous Learning: Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and the US, Canada, Middle East, and APAC regions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-year experience in lead generation and appointment setting in the international market.
  • Previous Experience of speaking with CXOs across International regions.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written), good interpersonal skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
