Hiring for an Inside Sales Executive to lead the sales efforts in the US, Canada, Middle East, and APAC regions.

Job Overview

Vee Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals in the international market.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is estimated to be ₹10-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation: Identify and generate minimum 80-100 high-quality leads per day/week in the US, Canada, Middle East, and APAC regions using various channels (paid and unpaid).
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact, conduct prospects' needs/requirements evaluations, and engage potential leads.
  • Qualification and Evaluation: Assess leads' readiness to purchase and qualify them based on predefined criteria.
  • Appointment Setting: Schedule sales appointments and demonstrations, considering availability and capacity.
  • Lead Nurturing: Implement strategies to engage and nurture leads not yet ready to make a purchase.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team, providing detailed lead information for successful interactions.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate records, generate reports, and measure lead generation effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 year experience in lead generation and appointment setting in the international market.
  • Previous Experience of speaking with CXOs across International regions.
  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written), Good interpersonal skills.
  • Adequate knowledge of sales processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
