Senior Sales Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales operations at Mindsprint. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing Inside Sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
About the RoleThis is a dynamic opportunity for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for analyzing Inside sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals. You should be proficient in using a CRM system and leveraging sales methodologies to optimize the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Inside Sales strategies and tactics to increase sales and improve customer engagement.
- Analyze Inside sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Coach, train, and mentor Inside Sales External team on Mindsprint's capabilities.
- Collaborate with marketing, solutions, and other functions to ensure alignment and support broader business objectives.
To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in an inside sales role, preferably with a background in B2B technology services. You should also have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
A successful candidate will possess excellent collaboration, coaching, influencing, and leadership skills. They should be able to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, partners, customers, and colleagues. A strong understanding of sales metrics and data analysis is also essential.
