We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Development Manager to join our team at Omind. As an International Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads in international markets, leveraging local knowledge and cultural nuances to effectively communicate with prospects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in an international B2B sales environment. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects in various cultural contexts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Proactive prospecting and cold-calling potential leads in international markets through phone, email, and social outreach.
  • Leverage local knowledge and cultural nuances to effectively communicate with prospects across diverse regions and industries.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers at target companies using various sources such as business databases and industry reports.

You will also assess the needs, budget, and timeline of prospects, determining their fit for our products/services. Schedule meetings or demos for the Account Executive team with qualified leads.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in an international B2B sales environment.
  • Familiarity with international markets and experience working with customers from different countries/regions.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects in various cultural contexts.
