About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Development Representative to join our team at Omind. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in generating, qualifying, and nurturing leads to drive sales in international markets.

Job Overview

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in an international B2B sales environment. You will be responsible for proactively prospecting and cold-calling potential leads in international markets through phone, email, and social outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Utilize your expertise to identify key decision-makers at target companies using various sources such as LinkedIn, business databases, and industry reports.
  • Lead Qualification: Qualify inbound leads and identify outbound prospects based on ideal customer profiles (ICP) in international regions.
  • Sales Process & Collaboration: Use CRM tools to log interactions, manage prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and strategies for international outreach.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in an international B2B sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects in various cultural contexts.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track and manage sales activities.
