About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Sales Representative to join our fast-growing sales team at Omind. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships in international markets.

Job Description:

As an International Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company in international regions, working closely with our Account Executive team to drive sales growth and expand our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling and lead generation: You will proactively prospect and cold-call potential leads in international markets (Europe, APAC, North America, etc.) through phone, email, and social outreach.
  • Leverage local knowledge and cultural nuances: You will use your understanding of regional market dynamics, pain points, and buyer behavior to effectively communicate with prospects across diverse regions and industries.
  • Research and identify key decision-makers: You will research and identify key decision-makers at target companies using various sources such as LinkedIn, business databases, and industry reports.
  • Lead qualification: You will qualify inbound leads and identify outbound prospects based on ideal customer profiles (ICP) in international regions.
  • Audit the needs, budget, and timeline of prospects: You will assess the needs, budget, and timeline of prospects, determining their fit for our products/services.
  • Schedule meetings or demos: You will schedule meetings or demos for the Account Executive team with qualified leads.
  • International Market Expertise: You will understand regional market dynamics, pain points, and buyer behavior across key international regions.
  • Adapt messaging and outreach strategies: You will adapt messaging and outreach strategies based on cultural differences and the nuances of different markets.
  • Monitor and track competitor activities: You will monitor and track competitor activities in international regions to provide insights into lead generation strategies.
  • Sales Process & Collaboration: You will use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales, etc.) to log interactions, manage prospects, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams: You will work closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to refine targeting, messaging, and strategies for international outreach.
  • Provide feedback on campaign effectiveness: You will provide feedback on the effectiveness of campaigns, lead quality, and customer insights from international markets.
  • Meet performance targets: You will meet and exceed monthly/quarterly lead generation and qualification targets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in cold calling and lead generation, preferably in an international B2B sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence prospects in various cultural contexts.
  • Proven track record: A proven track record in cold calling, overcoming objections, and setting up qualified meetings.
  • Strong organizational skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to track and manage sales activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent tools.
  • Cultural Sensitivity: Comfortable navigating diverse cultural nuances and working with international prospects from various regions and time zones.

Salary Estimate:

The salary estimate for this role is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
