
Strategic Partnership Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to establish, nurture, and expand strategic partnerships with stock market brokerage firms in India.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokerage firms and financial institutions.
- Identify and acquire new brokers across the country.
- Onboard new brokers to expand our network.
- The Broker Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with brokerage partners, coordinating trading activities, and providing support to retail investors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring long-term engagement.
- Negotiate terms and agreements to align with company objectives and broker expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance broker onboarding processes and trading platform integration.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for strategic partnerships.
- Provide training and support to brokers on our trading solutions and value propositions.
- Regularly analyze broker performance metrics and optimize engagement strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to implement broker-related promotional campaigns.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in brokerage partnerships, financial services, or a similar role.
- A strong understanding of financial markets, trading platforms, and brokerage operations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market changes.
- A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strategic approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in trading transactions.
- Experience in fintech or trading-related industries is a plus.
