IT Sales Executive

Rippling seeks an accomplished IT Sales Executive to join its team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle for Rippling's IT products, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities- Work closely with Account Management to identify cross-sell opportunities for IT products and drive revenue growth across all stages of the sales cycle.
- Become an expert in Rippling's IT solutions and lead technical demos.
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue.
- Closely collaborate with the account management team to achieve quota attainment consistently.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS markets selling B2B IT solutions.
- Previous success in high-velocity technical sales.
- Familiarity with MDM, Identity Management solutions, or other IT-related products.
- Comfortable running a full-cycle sales motion, including outbound prospecting.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
