Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Head of Sales - Digital Trade Enabling Platform, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and monitoring sales processes
- Working with HR teams to ensure adequate resources
- Mentoring and training sales teams
- Collaborating with branch managers and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets
- Conducting daily huddles with the Branch Managers and Sales Team members to discuss day plans and numbers to be achieved
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$150,000 per annum, based on experience, along with ongoing professional development opportunities and a dynamic and supportive work environment.
