Culinary Operations Manager

As a key member of the AccorHotel team, the Culinary Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient and profitable functioning of the kitchen. This involves maintaining high standards of food production and kitchen cleanliness, while also supporting the Executive Chef in all phases of kitchen operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing HACCP procedures and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, they will be expected to identify and report any matters that may impact the interests of AccorHotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and profitable functioning of the kitchen.
- Maintain high standards of food production and kitchen cleanliness.
- Support the Executive Chef in all phases of kitchen operations.
- Implement HACCP procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Identify and report any matters that may impact the interests of AccorHotel.
Requirements
This role requires a strong background in culinary operations and a proven track record of success in a similar role.
