We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef De Partie to oversee the culinary operations for our South Indian specialties. About the Role

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in culinary leadership, with a strong understanding of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. You will be responsible for:

  • Training and supervising kitchen staff to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Developing and implementing menu plans that showcase our South Indian specialties.
  • Managing kitchen inventory and supplies to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment to ensure food safety and quality.
