Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef De Partie to oversee the culinary operations for our South Indian specialties. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for training and supervising kitchen personnel, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in culinary leadership, with a strong understanding of South Indian cuisine and cooking techniques. You will be responsible for:
