  6. Deliver exceptional food preparation, portion control, and end-to-end food production to meet customer expectations.
  7. Collaborate with the Head Chef to achieve company targets and measures, adhering to operational kitchen procedures and standards.
  8. Lead by example, ensuring high standards of food production and presentation, and mentoring junior staff members.
  9. Monitor food consumption to guarantee 100% customer satisfaction and minimize waste.
  10. Support the Head Chef in introducing new seasonal dishes and maintaining a diverse menu.
  11. Share expertise and knowledge with colleagues, promoting a culture of innovation and excellence in the kitchen.
  12. Suggest commercially viable ideas to enhance food quality and profitability.
  13. Maintain optimal portion control and waste management to preserve profit margins.
  14. Perform any reasonable duties as required to contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
