Key Responsibilities:- Food Philosophy: Maintain a consistent food philosophy that aligns with our brand standards, ensuring a standardized product that meets our guests' expectations.
- Cost Effectiveness: Monitor and maintain cost-effectiveness in all areas, ensuring profitability and efficiency in our kitchen operations.
- System Evaluation: Continuously evaluate and improve our systems and procedures to enhance productivity and quality.
- HACCP Compliance: Ensure that all HACCP procedures are followed, and accurate records are maintained at all times.
- Food Preparation: Oversee the preparation and delivery of food products, ensuring the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Guest Experience: Exceed guest expectations by delivering exceptional quality and service in our food products.
- Team Management: Lead and motivate our culinary team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and checked prior to service.
- Work Scheduling: Distribute work schedules and delegate tasks to ensure deadlines are met and productivity is maintained.
- Communication: Liaise with outlet managers to facilitate service delivery and maintain high standards.
- Recipe Management: Record and update recipes, ensuring that our kitchen has comprehensive information at all times.
- Front-of-House Support: Oversee food set-ups and organize rosters for casual, agency, and section staff.
- Training and Development: Promote a culture of continuous learning, empowering team members with new skills and knowledge.
- Counselling and Motivation: Evaluate team performance, provide constructive feedback, and motivate team members to achieve their full potential.
