Executive Sous Chef

Job Summary:
The Senior Culinary Leader will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation in the kitchen. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and empower the team to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure seamless food production and delivery.
- Collaborate with outlet managers to facilitate service delivery and maintain high standards.
- Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Record and update recipes to ensure comprehensive information is available to the team.
- Organize rosters for casual agency and section staff according to guidelines.
- Promote a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve department and ACCOR objectives.
- Evaluate systems and procedures to facilitate continuous improvement in product and service delivery.
- Monitor kitchen operations to ensure HACCP procedures are followed and clear records are kept.
- Coordinate training and development programs to empower team members with new skills and knowledge.
- Counsel team members to evaluate performance and provide motivation and growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior culinary leadership role.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Ability to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of HACCP procedures and food safety guidelines.
- Ability to evaluate systems and procedures for continuous improvement.
Working Conditions:
This role requires a full-time commitment and is based in the kitchen. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask effectively.
