As an Executive Sous Chef at AccorHotel, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and safety in our kitchen. This includes ensuring that all food products meet our company's standards and guidelines, and that our team members are properly trained and equipped to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure that all food products are prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
• Maintain accurate records of food production, including recipes and inventory management.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
• Monitor and control food costs to ensure profitability.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a hotel or restaurant environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
