  • Stay up-to-date with culinary trends, menu innovations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and excellence in kitchen operations.
  • Develop and implement efficient kitchen systems and processes to minimize waste, reduce costs, and optimize productivity.
  • Conduct regular kitchen inspections to identify areas for improvement, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all team members.
