Commercial Excellence Leader

Job Description

BDO Digital is seeking a commercially savvy and operationally driven professional to join our team as a Commercial Excellence Associate Director.

The role focuses on enabling global go-to-market collaboration with BDO member firms globally, supporting new business line launches, and ensuring commercial visibility and performance tracking across initiatives.

This position will serve as the right hand to senior leadership, bringing analytical rigor, program management discipline, and cross-functional coordination to drive strategic growth.


  • Lead and manage go-to-market collaboration projects with BDO member firms globally, supporting the setup and scaling of new business lines.
  • Track project execution across milestones, ensuring timely delivery, issue resolution, and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Monitor commercial performance post-launch, including revenue realization and cost tracking, to ensure financial health and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide leadership with clear visibility into project progress, risks, and commercial outcomes.
  • Contribute to building scalable frameworks for commercial governance, reporting, and performance tracking across international initiatives.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Key qualifications for this role include:

  • MBA (preferably from a top-tier institute); 12–15 years' experience.
  • Experience in business operations, program/project management, or sales/commercial ops.
  • Strong understanding of P&L and financial performance indicators (FP&A knowledge preferred).
  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical, dashboarding, and reporting capabilities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in consulting or digital/tech-driven environments.
