Senior Commercial Operations Director

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee commercial operations and marketing strategy for clients in the financial services space. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, client satisfaction, and transformation across various workstreams.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals responsible for executing commercial operations processes, identifying areas for optimization, and resolving issues that affect delivery.
  • Plan and monitor the day-to-day execution of numerous commercial & marketing operations processes, consistently assess all processes for potential improvement paths, and resolve any issues that affect delivery.
  • Ensure team compliance with client standards, regulations, and ethics.
  • Scale the team as appropriate through targeted recruiting efforts and adjust alignment of responsibilities based on the needs of the business.
  • Drive transformation and productivity goals for the group and identify areas for technology enablement.
Requirements:
  • Relevant years of experience in sales and marketing operations with a minimum of 10 years in management roles.
  • Significant experience managing commercially focused teams in multinational corporations and/or professional services firms.
  • Exceptional team management, project management, and time management skills.
  • Superior presentation and written communication ability with an emphasis on business writing.
  • Proven track record of inspiring team innovation across multiple areas of responsibility.
  • Proven track record of adopting lean and/or six sigma methodologies to drive process improvement and increase efficiency.
