Commercial Leadership Role
We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive business growth through strategic planning, procurement management, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive commercial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes to ensure profitability.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic pricing, cost controls, and margin optimization.

Procurement & Vendor Management:
  • Lead procurement functions including sourcing, negotiation, and vendor development to ensure reliable supply chains.
  • Establish procurement policies, monitor contract compliance, and control costs to minimize risks.
  • Identify and mitigate procurement risks to ensure business continuity.

Contract & Risk Management:
  • Negotiate and manage large contracts with customers, vendors, and partners to ensure mutual benefits.
  • Identify and manage commercial risks, including legal and compliance issues, to minimize exposure.
  • Ensure proper documentation and adherence to commercial terms and conditions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with finance, operations, legal, and supply chain teams to enable smooth execution of contracts and commercial deals.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support business development and market expansion.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Track commercial KPIs, including revenue, cost-to-serve, contract performance, and customer profitability.
  • Provide regular reports and strategic inputs to senior leadership and board members.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 12–20 years of experience in commercial operations, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Industry experience in manufacturing, logistics, EPC, infrastructure, or FMCG preferred.

Skills:
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Understanding of contract law and risk management.
  • Leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Office tools.
