Job Title: Senior Creative Director

We are seeking an experienced and skilled interior designer to lead our design team in creating innovative and functional designs for commercial and hospitality interiors.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality, possessing strong communication and presentation skills essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage design output for commercial and hospitality interiors.
  • Collaborate with sales and design leadership to develop project briefs and drive client presentations.
  • Act as project in-charge for design deliverables and client communication.
  • Supervise and mentor design teams to ensure high-quality, innovative, and functional designs.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with client expectations.
  • Drive cross-department coordination to maintain alignment on design and execution.
  • Provide leadership in budgeting, scheduling, and P&L understanding.
  • Take ownership of client satisfaction and issue resolution throughout project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial and hospitality interior design.
  • Proven track record in leading high-profile projects with outstanding design quality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with clients.
  • Deep knowledge of materials, costing, GFC details, and project execution.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and process orientation.
  • Ability to lead teams with entrepreneurial mindset and ownership.
  • Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
