A day in the life of a Sr. Creative Director

- Partner with Account Management & Strategy teams to uncover deep audience insights and translate them into compelling creative ideas.
- Lead creative campaigns from insight to execution, An Imagineer of all kinds of campaign led cultural first ideas that can go viral and reach the right audience
- Creating not just what the client asked for but what their campaign needs. Producing campaigns based on deep strategy and insights, Which are in line with the projects objectives and requirements
- Craft and execute multi-platform, integrated campaigns that resonate across digital, social, experiential, and emerging media.
- Own the creative process end-to-end, from pitching fresh ideas to delivering high-quality outputs that push the brand forward.
- Act as the key creative liaison for clients, ensuring alignment between vision, strategy, and execution.
- Mentor, inspire, and scale the creative team, ensuring world-class talent and ideas fuel our work.
- Stay plugged into industry trends, cultural shifts, and audience behaviors to craft work that is not just relevant but trailblazing.

Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase

- 8-11 years of agency experience driving creative campaigns and content-led storytelling.
- A knack for turning insights into strategic ideas that drive brand love and audience engagement.
- A portfolio that showcases high-impact, multi-platform campaigns that have moved the needle.
- The ability to lead teams, inspire creatives, and influence stakeholders, you know how to sell an idea and make it happen.
- A deep understanding of content formats, digital-first storytelling, and emerging creative technologies.
- Experience working across brand strategy, content development, production, and execution.
- A creators mindset, whether its directing a campaign, scriptwriting, or experimenting with new media.
- A passion for building relationships, collaborating, and making work that stands out in culture.
- You have excellent communication skills, inspiring our team with your can-do attitude.
- You&aposre proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, and you&aposre not afraid to use them.
- Showcasing your Can-do-everything attitude, pushing the envelope and inviting the future of content creation by dabbling in AI Writer and AI Design Tools like Chatgpt, Runaway and more. Approaching everything as a problem solver.
- You&aposre always on the lookout for the latest trends and technologies in the industry because you&aposre just that curious.
- Youre a digital genius with an innate taste for the latest and greatest social platforms, digital technology, an instinct for snappy writing and a natural feel for what the audience wants
