Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Head of Sponsorship Sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling sponsorship packages for Hurun events, negotiating contracts with prospective clients, and achieving agreed-upon sales targets within schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell sponsorship packages for Hurun events, leveraging your sales and interpersonal skills to engage prospects and drive closures.
  • Research and identify leads for corporate sponsorships, negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with the department head, analyzing market potential and staying abreast of promotional trends.
  • Travel as necessary to cultivate relationships and secure sponsorship opportunities.

Requirements

  • Experience in event sales and sponsorship.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to align with Hurun Report's ambitious vision in India.

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is ₹12-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
