Director of Commercial Expansion

We are seeking an experienced and driven professional to lead our business development efforts.
- Identify and evaluate potential properties for new store locations across key markets, conducting thorough market research to analyze demographic, competitor presence, and location viability.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of commercial real estate opportunities, negotiating lease terms and managing the end-to-end lease finalization process with landlord partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry, including brokers, property developers, and real estate consultants.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
- 7–12 years of experience in business development, specifically in property acquisition for large-format retail stores (furniture, apparel, electronics, supermarkets).
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate market dynamics, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
