Job Opportunity:
We are looking for a seasoned business leader to spearhead our expansion in the South market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead business development initiatives to expand our presence in the South market.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with founders and stakeholders to drive growth and innovation.
- Identify and acquire new clients through referrals, inbound leads, and networking efforts.
- Pitch and close deals, negotiate commercial agreements, and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
- Manage existing client relationships to drive consistency, growth, and strategic alignment.
- Stay up-to-date with campaigns, communication, and delivery timelines with internal teams.
- Maintain and improve organizational credentials, case studies, and success stories.
- Foster exceptional client experiences, measure satisfaction, and make meaningful interactions.
- Nurture relationships by being proactive, providing insights, and staying solution-driven.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that add value to clients.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience in advertising or digital marketing, with a mix of business development, client servicing, and brand management.
- Proven ability to grow accounts and manage brands strategically.
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills to convey strategies effectively.
- A networker at heart, a problem-solver by nature, and a trusted partner for clients.
