
Sales Expansion Director

We are seeking an accomplished commercial leader to spearhead our expansion into North America.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategic sales and export plans for the region across key chemical verticals.
- Lead business development and client acquisition initiatives to establish our presence in the market.
- Build and scale partnerships with distributors, and key clients, ensuring repeat and long-term business.
- Drive revenue growth through market penetration, upselling, and structured account management.
- Establish operational and compliance frameworks aligned with international trade and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of proven experience in international sales, business development, or leadership roles within the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of the North American chemical markets, customer applications, and regulatory frameworks.
- Track record of consistently achieving (and exceeding) revenue and market expansion targets.
- Deep understanding of chemical applications across pharmaceutical, agrochemical, industrial, or personal/home care verticals.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
