Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist III Infrastructure Services to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting technical problems, providing guidance on software, hardware, and application issues.
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues, escalating complex problems through a defined process.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure inquiries are resolved within agreed-upon time frames.
  • Log and track inquiries using a ticketing tool, maintaining history records and related problem documentation.
  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer problems and complaints to ensure appropriate resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: 10+2+3 in any stream of subject.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
  • Fresher or experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with fluent spoken English and good thought flow.
  • Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members.

Work Environment:

  • Work from Office is mandatory.
  • This job role requires working in rotational/night shifts.
