Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our global IT support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing hands-on support and organizing with IT support staff spanning multiple functions. Your primary focus will be on managing day-to-day operations with local and global impact, setting priorities, managing change, and resolving issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and deploy endpoint devices, including PCs and mobile devices.
  • Deploy and manage standard collaboration technologies, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and video conferencing endpoints.
  • Manage device configuration, endpoint analytics, and end-user support through tools like Azure Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, and ServiceNow.
  • Provide incident and request support for deployed infrastructure services to end-users, including resolving complex problems.
  • Troubleshoot user access and authentication issues associated with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
  • Review, monitor, and enhance IT reports, dashboards, and metrics related to infrastructure, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop IT support guides, training materials, and share knowledge to ensure the IT team can configure and support deployed solutions.
  • Deploy and support network hardware, including switches, routers, and access points, and associated patching.
  • Support computer endpoint peripherals, including printers, multifunction devices, port replicators, docking stations, and Follow Me Print solutions.
  • Manage end-user hardware asset and configuration life cycle through tools like ServiceNow.
  • Perform moves, adds, and changes.
  • Coordinate and lead special projects and tasks with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Provide proactive support to senior executives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or 3-7 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
  • IT infrastructure support and management experience.
  • Experience with ServiceNow platform.
  • Fully proficient in managing hardware assets.
  • Vendor management experience.
  • Technical knowledge of end-user computing, Windows 10/11, MAC computers, virtual desktops, mobile devices, Azure Active Directory, Microsoft Intune, modern collaborative technologies, and cloud computing tools.
  • Networking skills and hands-on experience with network gears, switches, routers, and access points.
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of Local Area Network and Wireless Network.
  • Setup and troubleshooting network printers.
