Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join our team in a full-time capacity. This junior-level position, ideal for individuals with 1 to 3 years of experience, will be based in various locations across India.

The candidate will play a crucial role in building and maintaining client relationships, promoting our services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales revenue.
  • Identify potential sales opportunities and implement actionable strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Collaborate with team members and internal departments to ensure seamless client interaction and service delivery.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
About the Role

This is a junior-level position that requires a strong understanding of insurance sales processes and requirements. The ideal candidate should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt to the dynamic market environment.

The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹750,000 - ₹900,000, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales with a focus on field sales and client relationship management.
  • Strong track record in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sales sector.
  • Ability to manage sales of loans, including identifying client needs and offering solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of credit card sales, emphasizing customer satisfaction and retention.
