We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the payments industry.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a results-driven professional to join our dynamic team and drive business expansion through strategic partnerships, sales, and marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new customers, developing and executing go-to-market strategies, and building strong relationships with existing merchants.

Responsibilities
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships with potential customers.
  • Develop and execute customized sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling pitches, product demos, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including account managers, product teams, and executives.
Requirements
  • 6-9 years of experience in enterprise sales, with a minimum of 2 years in the fintech industry.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring large Enterprise-grade clients.
  • Deep understanding of the payments space and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers, colleagues, and executive-level decision-makers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
