Job Description

We're looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through lead generation, customer engagement, and revenue expansion.



Key Responsibilities



  • Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and consistent follow-ups on assigned leads.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue generation through cold calling and follow-ups.

  • Deliver engaging demos and presentations to potential clients, effectively communicating the value of our products and services.

  • Ensure timely delivery of results and meet or exceed revenue targets.

  • Conduct market research on CRM applications and software to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

  • Explain our products or services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Demonstrate outstanding communication and convincing skills to effectively reach sales targets.

  • Be prepared to deliver physical demos as needed, in accordance with client requirements.
