Business Development Representative

Join Zinance, a US-based early-stage startup, as we revolutionize business finance with cutting-edge software copilot. We're building innovative products around SaaS Banking and AI, aiming to disrupt the industry like Intuit but with 10x better results. Our first product, Zinance, has gained traction, and we're now rebuilding various SaaS solutions for finance professionals and entrepreneurs.
We're a profitable startup with a fast-growing revenue, currently reaching early six digits within three months of launch. Our goal is to reach $2Mn in revenue within the first year and $500Mn in five years through financial products. As our first business development representative, you'll play a crucial role in laying the groundwork for growth at Zinance.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including GTM strategy, strategic partnerships, growth hacking, CRO, and marketing automation.
- Initiate and manage partnerships with other SaaS companies, VCs, and accelerators for perk listings.
- Conduct growth experiments to understand our customers, reach a larger audience, and scale successful strategies based on their ROI.
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a marketing and growth role in early-stage SaaS startups.
- Proven experience working with US-based SMB, ICP.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all marketing areas with particular expertise in product and growth marketing.
- Understanding of the unique challenges and dynamics of working in an early-stage startup environment.
