Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Consultant to join our team at Careerconnects. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying, contacting, and converting potential leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential leads through various channels to understand their requirements.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and nurturing.
- Utilize sales techniques and persuasive communication to overcome objections and close sales.
- Track and report on sales activities and customer feedback using CRM systems.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and workshops to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science, ECE, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to understand technical product details and effectively communicate them to customers.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to sales activities.
- Knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to relate them to product benefits.
