As an Inside Sales Executive at Careerconnects, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, contacting, and converting potential leads into customers.
### Key Responsibilities
* Engage with potential leads through various channels to understand their requirements
* Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention
* Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales revenue
* Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and nurturing
* Utilize sales techniques and persuasive communication to overcome objections and close sales
* Track and report on sales activities and customer feedback using CRM systems
* Stay updated with industry trends and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities and threats
### Required Qualifications
* Bachelors degree in Engineering in Computer Science, ECE or related fields
