Overview:Asan Inside Sales Executive you will play a crucial role in drivingrevenue growth by identifying contacting and converting potentialleads into customers. Your primary responsibility will be tounderstand the needs of engineering prospects and effectivelypromote our products and services to meet those needs. You willwork closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets andcontribute to the overall success of ourorganization.KeyResponsibilities:
  • Engage withpotential leads through various channels such as phone calls emailsand social media to understand theirrequirements
  • Conduct product demonstrations andpresentations to showcase the features and benefits of ourofferings
  • Build and maintain strongrelationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfactionand retention
  • Identify upselling andcrossselling opportunities to maximize salesrevenue
  • Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop effective strategies for lead generation andnurturing
  • Utilize sales techniques andpersuasive communication to overcome objections and closesales
  • Track and report on sales activities andcustomer feedback using CRM systems
  • Stayupdated with industry trends and competitors activities to identifypotential opportunities and threats
  • Participatein sales meetings training and workshops to enhance sales skillsand knowledge
  • Provide timely and accurateinformation to customers regarding product availability pricing anddelivery
RequiredQualifications:
  • Bachelors degree inEngineering in Computer Science ECE or relatedfields
  • Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Strong negotiation andpersuasion abilities
  • Ability to understandtechnical product details and effectively communicate them tocustomers
