We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedAnalyst Operations (Carlease) to manage our new car lease offering. Thisrole is crucial to the success of our initiative ensuring seamlessoperations innovative process digitization and exceptional clientengagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inthe automotive leasing industry and a passion for operationalexcellence.
Responsibilities

• Develop internal andexternal relationships with customers andclients.
• Sell automotive leases to variouscustomers clients and executives.
• Assist andsupport companies and organizations in meeting their transportationrequirements.
• Advise customers on financialoptions available in the market to meet their automotiveneeds.
• Advise customers on taking the bestautomotive leases.
• Provide customers thecomplete vehicle information with costs terms andconditions.
• Prepare estimates workout the costof the automotive business or vehicles including insurance andtaxes and legal fees.
• Prepare lease agreementswith contract and lease terms credits and warranties collaboratingwith the legal team
• Integrate the bestpractices in preparing lease agreements forcustomers.
• Ensure hundred percent customerssatisfaction through honest efforts in automotive leasingbusiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree inFinance Business Administration or a related field; or equivalentwork experience.
• Minimum of 13 years ofexperience in operations (preferred knowledge in leasingoperations) automotive finance or financialservices.
• Proficiency in lease managementsoftware and fintech platforms.
• Excellentorganizational skills with attention to detail and the ability tomanage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Stronginterpersonal and communication skills with a customercentricapproach.
• Ability to analyze data and generateactionable insights.
• Problemsolving mindsetwith a proactive and solutionorientedattitude.

PreferredQualifications:

• Experiencein a fintech or techdriven environment.
• Strongunderstanding of lease accounting financial regulations andcompliance standards.
• Knowledge of advancedfinancial modelling and leaseanalytics.
• Familiarity with automotive industrytrends and lease marketdynamics.
