Senior Sales Executive

We are a leading Beverage Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our Institutional channel sales efforts in the assigned territory.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for planning and achieving sales targets, monitoring and controlling the sales budget, and ensuring optimum utilization of resources. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Providing training and development opportunities to team members
- Recruiting and hiring Territory Sales Officers based on agreed-upon criteria
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
