Job Title: Business Development Associate
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at Leadrat. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through outbound sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Utilize cold calling and follow-up techniques to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Deliver engaging presentations and demos to potential customers to showcase our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a business development role.
- Proven track record of success in generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and optimize sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
