About the Role:
Truww is a cutting-edge technology platform revolutionizing the home interiors industry with its innovative solutions. Through our platform, we provide customized, beautiful designs delivered at lightning speed to our customers. Our shortest Time-to-Achieve (TAT) is 30 days, the fastest in the industry. This role is designed for young, energetic, highly talented, and ambitious individuals with a flair for sales. As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for interacting with clients during the presales and sales process, understanding their requirements, providing quotations, and helping our clients achieve their dream home interiors.
Responsibilities:
The selected candidates will be designated as Senior Sales Executives and will be responsible for guiding prospective homeowners in their design journey with Truww. You will be responsible for facilitating meetings between clients and designers in our Experience Centre. You will be responsible for sharing your accumulated knowledge on Truww's products and services with prospective homeowners. You will have to perform consultative outbound calls and follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective homeowners. You will represent the company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and value proposition. You will proactively follow up with leads and ensure maximum conversion of leads from the sales stage to the design stage. You will be responsible for achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Requirements:
We are looking for individuals with a passion for problem-solving and proven expertise in sales, preferably in home interiors sales. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. Minimum 4 years of sales experience is necessary. Proven history of meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
