Job Title: Growth HackerAbout the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Hacker to join our team at ConsultBae India Private Limited. As a Growth Hacker, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by implementing innovative marketing strategies and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize user acquisition, retention, and revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Execute Creative Marketing Strategies: Design and implement effective marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition and engagement.
  • Utilize Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion rates.
  • Implement A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and user experience.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize product features that drive growth.
  • Manage and Optimize SEO Strategies: Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
  • Create and Optimize Content Marketing Initiatives: Develop and optimize content marketing initiatives to attract and retain users.
  • Manage and Track Key Performance Metrics: Monitor and track key performance metrics to measure the success of growth efforts.
  • Identify and Pursue New Growth Channels and Partnerships: Identify and pursue new growth channels and partnerships to drive growth.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a growth-focused role with a track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to drive growth strategies.
  • SEO, Content Marketing, and A/B Testing: Expertise in SEO, content marketing, and A/B testing.
  • Marketing Analytics and Key Performance Indicators: Strong understanding of marketing analytics and key performance indicators.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM Tools: Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
  • Staying Updated on Marketing Trends: Passion for staying updated on the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  • Certifications: Certifications in digital marketing, Google Analytics, or related areas are a plus.
