### Performance Assessment and Development
Facilitate performance assessment processes, including setting objectives, performance reviews, and addressing performance issues.
### Succession Planning and Career Development
Support succession planning and career development initiatives to ensure the continued growth and development of the company.
## Talent Acquisition:
### Recruitment and Hiring
Utilize various methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and online platforms, to find potential candidates for open positions.
### Candidate Evaluation and Selection
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
### Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process, providing timely feedback and addressing candidates' questions.
### Salary Negotiations and Onboarding
Assist in salary negotiations, present job offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding process for successful candidates.
### Recruitment Strategy and Best Practices
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent acquisition best practices to improve recruitment strategies.
### Compliance with Labor Laws and Company Policies
Ensure that the recruitment process adheres to relevant labor laws and company policies.
## General HR Support:
### HR Administration and Documentation
Provide general HR support, including managing employee records, handling HR documentation, and maintaining HR databases.
### Employee Relations and HR Policies
Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
### HR Projects and Initiatives
Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
## Qualifications:
### Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
### Proven Experience in Talent Management
Proven experience in talent management (2-5 years preferred) in a fast-paced environment.
### HR Knowledge and Skills
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, payroll systems, and relevant employment laws and regulations.
### Interpersonal and Communication Skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
### Confidentiality and Problem-Solving
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and problemsolving skills.
### Work Environment
Full-time position, office-based role, standard office hours with some flexibility required.
