
Strategic Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with high-level executives, VIP delegates, and buyers.
About the Role:
- You will be the key point of contact for our sponsors and partners, ensuring they meet their target audiences.
- Proactively reach out to potential delegates to explain the event program and secure their attendance.
- Book VIP delegates to attend the event at no cost to them.
- Maintain accurate records of all communications and bookings in our CRM system.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-2 years B2B sales experience
- Proven experience in delegate acquisition, sales, business development, or relationship management (preferably within events, exhibitions, or conferences).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior-level professionals.
- Confidence in speaking with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Target-driven with excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
