Customer Success Manager Lead

**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to oversee our operations in the West and South regions. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving the success of our sales initiatives in these regions.
**Key Responsibilities:*
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in the West and South regions.
- Ensure customers' needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
**Technical Support:**
You will provide technical guidance and support to customers, working closely with the technical support and projects team to resolve customer issues and concerns. You will ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries.
**Training and Education:**
Conduct training sessions for customers on IDCUBE products and solutions, educating them on the best practices for using IDCUBE systems.
**Market Analysis:**
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs, providing feedback to the product development team to enhance IDCUBE's offerings.
**Reporting and Documentation:**
Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, team performance, and market insights, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and interactions.
**Estimated Salary:** ₹35-40 lakhs per annum (based on location and experience).
